Successful candidates will be employed also by Waco Family Medicine in order to bridge Honors College and Waco Family Medicine, connect Baylor students and Waco Family Medicine, develop programming between Honors Program and Waco Family Medicine and supervise Honors Program students at Waco Family Medicine.
Employment will comprise of .75 FTE at Baylor (with full-time benefits currently listed here) and .25 FTE (three half days as a provider) at Waco Family Medicine, with each institution responsible for independent evaluation and decision-making of respective employment.
